Responsibilities & Qualifications
- 1 year minimum of experience in property management (preferred)
- Excellent customer service skill
- Ability to communicate clearly both orally and in writing, using proper English grammar
- Fluent Mandarin Chinese language proficiency desirable
- Exceptionally well‑groomed, trustworthy, and friendly
- IT skills including word documents, databases, spreadsheets, and email
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent planning and organising abilities
- Excellent accuracy and detail‑oriented skills
- Self‑driven, proactive, and prepared to take the lead
- Dependable and dedicated
- Professional, upbeat, and adaptable attitude
