Sales Assistant (Part-Time)

Location: Blackburn. Contract: 16 hours per week. Flexibility: Monday–Sunday rotating shifts. Pay: £8.00 – £12.71 per hour plus 30% staff discount.

What you’ll do

  • Style the full fit – Ask smart questions, read the vibe, and build complete looks with kicks, layers, accessories, and care kits.
  • Know the product and the culture – Learn every silhouette, the tech behind performance, fabrics, weather durability, and care; you’ll be trained to be a Footasylum Brand Ambassador.
  • Host the hype – Own launch days, exclusive drops, styling sessions, and in‑store activations.
  • Chase the win – Drive sales, hit KPIs, build baskets, and celebrate team wins.
  • Keep it premium – Maintain visuals, lock in stock, and keep the store fresh, clean, and ready for the next fit check.
