About the role
Join Savers as a Supervisor and work an exciting part‑time schedule while helping to lead and coach a team to deliver excellent results. You will collaborate with the Store and Assistant Manager, support staff in daily tasks, and represent the brand within the local community.
Responsibilities
- Prepare for and participate in daily store operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Coach and develop team members to exceed performance targets.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and product presentation.
- Support planning of store activities and promotions.
- Represent the brand within the local community and act as an inspirational presence.
Qualifications
- 1+ year(s) of retail experience.
- Strong commitment to developing your own skills and those of others.
- Passion for the products we sell and a people‑first mindset.
- Excellent communication and team‑leading abilities.
