Team Leader – Children’s Home LD (Uttoxeter)

Pay: £15 PH – £16 PH

We are currently working with a provider of children’s care to recruit a Team Leader to work in a Residential Children’s home in Uttoxeter for children with LD. This is an exciting role for an experienced Team Leader to join a company that is going through a time of growth and development.

Responsibilities

As a Team Leader you will be responsible for supporting children and young people with learning disabilities in a residential setting, ensuring high standards of care and leading a team within the home.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience supporting within a children’s home
• NVQ Level 3 in children and young people’s residential care (ESSENTIAL)
• Experience working with children and young people with learning disabilities
• Dedicated to providing outstanding care
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential due to the home location)
