Connect Appointments have a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service Coordinato r to join our client’s Stirling- based team on a full-time basis . This position starts as temporary ongoing, leading to a permanent position for the right candidate. We are seeking a first-class communicator with a strong focus on providing a great customer service and, the ability to deal with people at all levels in a professional and confident manner. Your working hours will be based on the call centre:~ Monday to Friday~Paid at a rate of £12.71 per hour. As a Customer Service Coordinator your main responsibilities are: Providing advice and solving problems over the telephone as necessary Liaising with other departments via email and telephone All general administration and ensuring company systems are kept up to date Ideally as a Customer Service Coordinator you will have previous experience within a customer focused role. Successful applicants for this Customer Service Coordinator role will have the following skills and qualifications: A positive and professional telephone manner It is desirable for the successful Customer Service Coordinator to have a valid driving license and access to your own transport.
