Your working hours will be based on the call centre:~ Monday to Friday~Paid at a rate of £12.71 per hour. As a Customer Service Coordinator your main responsibilities are: Providing advice and solving problems over the telephone as necessary Liaising with other departments via email and telephone All general administration and ensuring company systems are kept up to date Ideally as a Customer Service Coordinator you will have previous experience within a customer focused role.
