We are seeking an Adolescent Support Worker to support children and young people in remaining at home. In this role, you will work with children and young people and their families in their homes, managing a portfolio of cases, providing flexible crisis response with safeguarding at its heart, completing initial assessments, and delivering intensive interventions.
All candidates must have the Right to Work in the UK. We are currently not offering sponsorship for this role. This post is exempted under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and appointment will be conditional upon a satisfactory DBS check.

You will need:
- Passion for working with children, young people and their families, with a reassuring presence and calm in crisis.
- Experience working with “Children & Families” and at least a Level 3 NVQ in Children & Young People.
- A team player with a flexible approach, willing to work on a shift basis that includes evenings and weekends.
