Trainee & Experienced Technicians
We’re looking for dedicated individuals to join Autoglass as trainees or experienced technicians. Whether you’re just starting or already fitting vehicle glass, we provide the tools, training and support for career growth.
Contract & Working Hours
Regular full‑time, about 40 hours per week. Annualised hours – operating Monday to Saturday with shifts from 7:30 am to 6:00 pm. Rota is provided in advance.
A full UK manual driving licence is required.
Responsibilities
No two days are the same. You’ll work from one of our centres or be out on the road, meeting customers at their homes or workplaces to repair or replace vehicle glass to the highest standards using industry‑leading tools. Your role is about solving problems and delivering care that makes a difference.
Qualifications
- Genuine people person who enjoys working with customers
- Self‑motivated and able to work independently
- Full UK manual driving licence
- Proof of right to work in the UK
Training & Development
- Full training programme for trainees (IMI‑accredited)
- IMI‑recognised Technician qualification
- Ongoing development to become a skilled, experienced fitter
- Training to fit and sell value‑added products such as wipers
