Responsibilities
- Under the leadership of the Restaurant General Manager, you will manage the daily operations and staff of a Wendy’s restaurant.
- Focus specifically on staffing, training and scheduling, all of which will help build and retain a 5‑star team.
- Identify talent and empower your team to grow by providing coaching and development.
- Use effective scheduling to ensure your team is the right place at the right time.
- Be the face of the restaurant to new hires and crew members.
- Key contributor to increasing store sales and profit goals.
Qualifications
- Experience leading people, preferably in a food service environment.
- 1 year of line operations experience with demonstrated ability to lead and manage operations in a fast‑paced environment.
- 1 year of management experience.
- Flexibility to work roughly 45 hours per week and be available all day parts and days of the week.
Additional Requirements
- Travel to other locations (restaurants, area office, etc.) as needed.
- Stand for long periods, bend, kneel, and lift 10‑25 kg as required.
