Distributed Agile Delivery Lead

M&G in Stirling is seeking a Technology Delivery Lead to enable effective delivery of technology outcomes through agile teams across the UK and India. You will coordinate delivery among multiple teams, manage dependencies, and create an environment fostering collaboration.

This position requires strong experience in Scrum practices and the ability to manage complex dependencies effectively. In addition, you will promote continuous improvement in delivery practices.
