Responsibilities
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify white‑space opportunities and inform strong, localized growth strategies.
- Translate raw data and insights into actionable strategic recommendations, delivering clear reports, dashboards, and presentations for decision‑makers.
- Build and maintain SOPs that enhance internal collaboration, ensuring solutions are scalable across teams and markets.
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or master’s program; able to commit 20 hours per week for at least 3 months.
- Professional proficiency in written and spoken English with strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong analytical and structured thinking skills, with the ability to approach problems creatively and logically.
- Proficiency in German is required to review and audit SOPs in the target language.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous internship or project experience in performance analysis, market research, or strategic planning.
- Familiarity with the TikTok creator ecosystem, influencer marketing, or TikTok.
- A self‑starter who thrives in ambiguity and can independently generate ideas.
- Experience working in cross‑functional teams (e.g., student organizations, case competitions, hackathons).
