Location: Central LondonSalary: £60,000 – £100,000 (DOE)Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Role Overview

You will be responsible for managing demolition projects from initial planning through to completion, ensuring delivery is safe, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and programme works, allocate resources, and manage project budgets while overseeing site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, including CDM requirements, RAMS, and safe systems of work.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders, monitor progress and performance, manage risks, and ensure projects are delivered to the required quality and programme targets.

Requirements

• Experience within demolition, or a related sector.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
• Solid understanding of health and safety and project delivery.
• A CCDO Black Card would be advantageous, but is not essential.
