Support Worker (Driver)

We are searching for reliable Support Workers to cover flexible agency shifts for a wonderful client in Pembroke Dock, Pembrokeshire.

About the role

• Deliver high-quality one-to-one care to vulnerable individuals each day
• Encourage and assist people to try new activities that help build confidence, promote independence, and enable them to achieve their full potential
• Provide respectful and dignified support with all aspects of personal care
• Maintain clear, accurate records of daily activities and support provided
• Take part in regular supervision and team meetings to support your professional growth and ensure consistent, high-quality care

What you’ll bring

• Full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle
• At least 3 months of paid support work experience in the last 2 years
• Active registration with Social Care Wales
• Mandatory training completed (or willing to complete with us)
• Up-to-date DBS
• Right to work in the UK
• A compassionate, person-centred and proactive approach, with a genuine commitment to safeguarding and promoting the wellbeing of vulnerable people

Shift details

• £14.24 – £22.41 per hour (includes holiday pay)
• Pay rate depends on shift type – not experience
• Weekday/weekend, days/nights, and bank holiday shifts available
