As a Room Attendant, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests enjoy a flawless and comfortable stay. You will be responsible for maintaining guest rooms and public areas to the highest luxury standards, reflecting our quality assurance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and service guest rooms, suites, and bathrooms to 5‑star standards.
- Ensure all rooms are immaculately presented, including bed‑making and replenishment of amenities.
- Report maintenance issues promptly and accurately.
- Handle guest belongings with care and integrity.
- Follow health, safety, and hygiene procedures at all times.
- Deliver discreet, courteous, and professional service when interacting with guests.
- Maintain linen rooms and housekeeping trolleys in an organised manner.
