Eaton, Cheshire CW12 Competitive PAYE Rate Full-Time | Monday to Friday Contract: Immediate Start 2 January 2027
Lynx Employment Services are recruiting for an experienced Forklift Truck (FLT) Driver to join a busy industrial site based in Eaton, Cheshire.
This is an excellent opportunity to secure a long-term contract with a well-established organisation, working within a supportive team in a fast-paced environment.
## The Role
You will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of materials across site, ensuring operations run smoothly while maintaining high standards of health and safety.
### Key Responsibilities
- Operating a Forklift Truck safely and efficiently.
- Loading and unloading deliveries.
- Moving materials around the site and production areas.
- Carrying out routine vehicle safety checks.
- Assisting with stock control and storage.
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment.
- Following all health and safety procedures.
## About You
We’re looking for candidates who have:
A valid, in-date FLT licence (Counterbalance preferred). Previous experience operating a forklift in an industrial, manufacturing or warehouse environment. Good awareness of health and safety procedures. Reliability and a strong work ethic. The ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication skills.
