Our client is an incredibly successful law firm based in Wilmslow town centre. They are looking for a confident individual to join their award winning Flight Delay Team. They have won numerous awards and provide paid training in relevant legal qualifications. If you already have an interest in pursuing a legal career this would be an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound calls
- Deal with each call politely and take all relevant details
- Input details onto the in‑house system accurately
- Respond to emails on a daily basis
- Assist in reviewing and assessing claims and progressing further
- Perform general administrative duties as required
- Work to deadlines
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Confidence on the telephone
- Good IT skills
- Experience in customer service and administration is ideal
- Paid training provided in relevant legal qualifications
- Holidays commence at 20 days rising to 25 days
- Immediate start available
