Waste & Recycling Loader – Outdoor, Early Mornings, Training Provided

The Best Connection is seeking individuals for a physically demanding outdoor role in Swadlincote. Responsibilities include collecting and loading waste and recycling bins onto refuse collection vehicles and ensuring collections adhere to council guidelines.

The ideal candidate will be a reliable team player, punctual, and safety-conscious. While previous experience is helpful, full training is provided. This position offers a pay rate of £12.71 per hour.
