To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A recognised Social Work qualification (BA/MA in Social Work or equivalent).
- Current Social Work England registration.
- Experience working with children and families, preferably in a statutory setting.
- Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound judgments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to working collaboratively.
