Reablement Care Worker — Part-Time, Flexible Shifts & Growth

Cyngor Caerdydd/Cardiff Council is seeking committed individuals to join the Community Resource Team in Cardiff. As care staff, you’ll support clients in achieving their goals and maintaining independence, working closely with health professionals in a dynamic environment.

This part-time role requires 30 hours per week, and you will need to possess strong observation skills and the ability to undergo training for the HSc qualification. A flexible approach is essential, and knowledge of Welsh or other community languages is advantageous.
