Operational Excellence Coordinator

This is a fantastic opportunity to help drive continuous improvement across our operations by translating group strategy into practical, day-to-day improvements at site level.In this role, you will work closely with site leadership and operational teams to identify opportunities to improve productivity, streamline processes and support the implementation of automation and digital tools. You will help build a culture where ideas are encouraged and improvements are embedded in everyday work.If you have an analytical mindset and enjoy understanding how processes work, this role could be a great fit.
