Maintenance Co-ordinator

We’re looking for a Maintenance Co-ordinator to join our team at Hillhouse, supporting the safe, efficient delivery of maintenance activities across our production facilities. You’ll play a key role in planning, preparing and scheduling maintenance work to maximise plant reliability and minimise disruption to operations.

Responsibilities

• Planning and scheduling preventative, predictive and corrective maintenance activities
• Coordinating internal teams and external contractors to deliver work safely and efficiently
• Aligning maintenance plans with production schedules to minimise downtime
• Managing priorities, resources and risks across multiple workstreams
• Supporting development of detailed work packages and continuous improvement of maintenance data
• Monitoring performance and contributing to KPIs including asset availability and resource utilisation

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance, manufacturing or planning/scheduling environments
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
• A proactive approach to safety, risk management and continuous improvement
• Experience using planning systems (e.g. CMMS)
• Effective communication skills and ability to work with a range of stakeholders
