Our client, a well‑established renewable energy contractor, is looking for an experienced Solar PV Roofer to join its growing installation team. Key Duties

• Carry out the installation of solar PV systems on residential and commercial properties
• Install above‑roof, in‑roof, and flat‑roof solar PV systems to a high standard
• Work from installation plans and technical drawings to complete projects accurately
• Ensure all work complies with company procedures and health & safety regulations
• Safely use hand and power tools associated with solar roofing installations
• Work independently and alongside installation teams to deliver projects on schedule
• Maintain high standards of workmanship, safety, and site organisation
• Handle solar panels, mounting systems, and associated equipment safely and efficiently

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of hands‑on solar PV roofing experience
• Proven experience installing above‑roof, in‑roof, and flat‑roof solar systems
• Strong understanding of solar mounting systems and roofing installation techniques
• Comfortable working at height and handling heavy materials
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and installation plans
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Full UK driving licence preferred
