Multi Trade Operative – Property Services

Job Type: Permanent | Location: North & North West London | Salary: £39,000 per annum | Start Date: ASAP

Responsibilities

• Carrying out responsive repairs and maintenance on domestic properties
• Completing a variety of multi‑trade works including plumbing, carpentry, patch plastering, painting, and decorating
• Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs efficiently
• Providing a high level of customer service to residents
• Ensuring all works are completed safely and to a high standard
• Working within a designated local patch where possible

Qualifications

• Previous social housing, domestic maintenance, or property repairs experience
• Strong multi‑trade skillset with experience carrying out a variety of repairs
• Full UK driving licence
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
• Good communication and customer service skills
