This is a unique opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a real difference to one child’s school experience. You will work on a dedicated 1:1 basis with a pupil who has medical needs, supporting them throughout the school day to access learning safely and successfully.
The role requires someone who is attentive, responsible and able to remain focused at all times. You will play a vital role in monitoring the pupil’s wellbeing, following agreed medical procedures and ensuring they can participate fully in school life with confidence and independence.

- Is highly vigilant, attentive and able to maintain focus throughout the school day
- Is confident following medical care plans and procedures, and understands the importance of accuracy and consistency
- Can respond calmly and appropriately in situations where a child’s medical needs require immediate attention
- Brings a positive, proactive attitude and a genuine passion for supporting children to succeed
- Communicates clearly and works well as part of a collaborative team
- Is committed to supporting both the academic and personal development of pupils
