About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Student Achievement Team and lead on an inclusive initiative. You will deliver Life Skills tutorials and enrichment across STEM subjects, supporting learners in preparing for their next steps and personal development. The role is crucial in ensuring learners, including those with social, emotional, and mental health needs, receive pastoral care and support.
Responsibilities
- Deliver Life Skills tutorials and enrichment across STEM subjects.
- Provide pastoral support to learners with additional needs.
- Signpost learners to internal and external support where necessary.
Skills and Experience
Ideal candidate is confident engaging with young people, facilitating group discussions and exploring key issues that affect them. They can build relationships with internal teams and external partners such as parents, carers and external agencies.
