School Bus Driver (Part Time)
Pay & Schedule
- Pay: $33 – $35/hour
- Paid Training: $20/hour
- Charter/Activity Trips: $27/hour
- Schedule: Parttime, split shift (AM/PM)
- Weekdays only — no nights, weekends, or holidays
- Weekly pay + guaranteed minimum hours
- Sign On Bonus: $5,000 (effective March 6, 2026)

What You’ll Do
- Safely transport students to and from school and events
- Drive assigned local routes
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Maintain a clean, safe vehicle
- Communicate professionally with students, families, and school staff
- Follow all state/local traffic laws and school district policies
Requirements
- CDL Class B (or higher) with P & S endorsements (or willingness to obtain—we train)
- Valid DOT medical card—or able to obtain one
- Safe driving record
- Age 21+ with at least 3 years of driving experience
- Ability to pass background check & drug screening
- Effectively communicate in English (spoken & written)
