Operations Manager – Workflow & Co-ordination

Working as part of the Operational Delivery Unit, we are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and highly motivated clinician who will be responsible for the on shift co‑ordination of remote clinical assessment functions across Wales.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate remote clinical assessment functions on shift across Wales.
• Manage a national multi‑disciplinary remote assessment as a first line manager.
• Demonstrate leadership in delivering a safe and effective service through significant structural service change.

Qualifications

• Experience in a first line manager role managing a national multi‑disciplinary remote assessment.
• Leadership behaviours required for the role.
• Desirable: ability to speak Welsh; Welsh and/or English speakers equally welcome.

In line with the Trust’s Starting Salary Procedure, all applicants will start at the bottom of the band for the position applied for, but can apply for a higher salary if they have previous experience relevant to the position.
