Job Overview

We are a successful manufacturing business seeking an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver for a 2 shift rotational contract role (Dayshift/Backshift) based in Kirkcaldy. The initial term is 6 months and may be extended or become permanent.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate Counterbalance Forklift in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while adhering to strict health and safety protocols.
• Perform manual handling and move raw materials using forklift.

Qualifications

• Experience operating a Counterbalance Forklift in a manufacturing setting.
• Valid forklift ticket preferred; an internal refresher is available.
• Strong awareness of health and safety standards.
• Must be able to work the stated shifts; own transport or living near the facility is essential.
• Only applicants with a full right to work in the UK will be considered for these roles as no visa sponsorship is avalable.

Compensation

• Dayshift – 6.00 am – 2.00 pm – £13.20 per hour
• Backshift – 2.00 pm – 10.00 pm – £13.96 per hour
• Overtime 1 – £19.31 per hour
• Overtime 2 – £25.41 per hour
