Stock Controller / Inventory Administrator

Temporary Assignment – Immediate Start

Monday to Friday 7:00am – 3:00pm

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Stock Controller / Inventory Administrator to join a busy manufacturing company on a temporary basis for approximately 2-3 months.

This is a warehouse‑based role where you will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records and ensuring inventory levels are effectively managed to support production and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring and maintaining stock accuracy.
  • Conducting regular stock counts and cycle counts.
  • Investigating and resolving stock discrepancies.
  • Updating inventory records and stock management systems.
  • Liaising with warehouse and production teams regarding stock levels.
  • Producing stock reports and supporting inventory audits.
  • Ensuring stock movements are recorded accurately.
  • Supporting goods in and goods out processes when required.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience within a Stock Control, Inventory, or Warehouse Administration role.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience using stock management or inventory systems.
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively.
  • Previous experience within a manufacturing or warehouse environment is highly desirable.

Hours & Pay:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 7:00am – 3:00pm
  • Temporary assignment for approximately 2-3 months
  • Competitive hourly rate (depending on experience)
