Stock Controller / Inventory Administrator
Temporary Assignment – Immediate Start
Monday to Friday 7:00am – 3:00pm
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Stock Controller / Inventory Administrator to join a busy manufacturing company on a temporary basis for approximately 2-3 months.
This is a warehouse‑based role where you will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records and ensuring inventory levels are effectively managed to support production and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and maintaining stock accuracy.
- Conducting regular stock counts and cycle counts.
- Investigating and resolving stock discrepancies.
- Updating inventory records and stock management systems.
- Liaising with warehouse and production teams regarding stock levels.
- Producing stock reports and supporting inventory audits.
- Ensuring stock movements are recorded accurately.
- Supporting goods in and goods out processes when required.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience within a Stock Control, Inventory, or Warehouse Administration role.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience using stock management or inventory systems.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively.
- Previous experience within a manufacturing or warehouse environment is highly desirable.
Hours & Pay:
- Monday to Friday
- 7:00am – 3:00pm
- Temporary assignment for approximately 2-3 months
- Competitive hourly rate (depending on experience)
