Salary: £93 – £98 per day

We’re recruiting on behalf of a specialist school in Basingstoke supporting children and young people with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), communication needs and complex learning difficulties.

The school provides a structured, nurturing environment where pupils are supported through highly personalised learning programmes. Classes are small, staffing ratios are high and there is a strong focus on emotional regulation, communication and preparing pupils for greater independence.

The successful candidate will:

• Support pupils within lessons and around the school
• Deliver one-to-one and small group interventions
• Promote communication and social development
• Support behaviour and emotional regulation strategies
• Help pupils develop confidence and independence

This role is ideal for candidates from education, care, residential support, youth work or coaching backgrounds.
