Residential Support Worker – Short Breaks for Youth

Barnardo’s is looking for an enthusiastic Residential Project Worker to join our Short Breaks Service in the United Kingdom. This full-time position involves working directly with children and young people aged 5-18 with learning disabilities and autism, providing support and respite packages.

The ideal candidate will have experience in residential care, strong communication skills, and a relevant professional qualification (e.g., SVQ3). The role is pivotal in ensuring the happiness and welfare of the children, as well as supporting their families.
