Community Pioneer & Engagement Lead

Church Times Jobs is seeking a community worker/pioneer to lead the work of The Red Trust Bushey. This role involves enhancing community engagement and sharing the Christian faith in action. The position is flexible, initially scoped at approximately 28 hours a week with potential for full-time.

You will work collaboratively with a team and focus on developing relationships and innovative pathways to connect with the local residents while promoting existing projects like the food bank and café.

A salary of approximately £36,400K is offered, dependent on experience.
