Nursery Team Leader — Lead & Mentor in ECE

Little Diggers ECE in Canterbury is seeking an experienced 2IC to join their nursery team. This full-time role involves leading the teaching team and supporting the centre manager in daily operations.

The ideal candidate is a qualified ECE teacher with a passion for working with infants and toddlers, and has previous leadership experience. They will contribute to curriculum development and foster strong relationships with children and families.
