The Role As a HLTA, you will:

  • Lead high-quality learning across KS3KS4, delivering planned lessons when required
  • Provide targeted 1:1 and small-group intervention to raise attainment

  • Model excellent behaviour, engagement and classroom routines
  • Work closely with the SENCO, Heads of Department and wider support team

This HLTA role requires someone who is confident, organised, proactive and able to adapt quickly to changing needs. Previous experience as a HLTA or in a similar advanced support role is essential.
