Job Title: Domestic Gas Engineer – Location: Norwich – Salary: £42,000 – £48,160 (OTE with enhancements) – Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Domestic Gas Engineer – Norwich

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Domestic Gas Engineer to join a busy and growing team carrying out service, maintenance, and repairs on domestic heating and hot water systems.

Responsibilities

• Service, repair, and maintain domestic gas boilers and heating systems
• Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs
• Work across residential properties
• Deliver high levels of customer service
• Complete job reports and paperwork
• Ensure compliance with Gas Safe and Health & Safety regulations
• Participate in an out-of-hours call-out rota

Requirements

• ACS Qualifications: CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1
• Proven experience in domestic gas servicing & repairs
• Strong fault-finding skills
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Good communication and customer service skills

Working Hours

• Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm (40 hours)
• 4-day week, 8am-7pm (40 hours) + up to £4,160 enhancement
• Mon-Fri, 8am-5:30pm (42.5 hours) + up to £2,749 enhancement
• Call-out rota (evenings & weekends)
