Your new role As Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the organisation remains compliant with relevant regulatory, legal, and industry requirements. You will play a key role in shaping and maintaining a robust compliance framework while supporting the business on risk, governance, and regulatory matters.Key responsibilities will include:
- Owning and maintaining the compliance framework, policies, and procedures
- Monitoring regulatory developments within the telecommunications sector and assessing business impact
- Acting as the key point of contact for compliance and regulatory matters
- Supporting risk assessments, internal controls, and governance processes
- Managing relationships with regulators and external advisors where required
- Providing compliance guidance and training to stakeholders across the business
- Supporting audits, reviews, and regulatory submissions
