Key Responsibilities
- Act as the customer compliance lead across service operations
- Monitor compliance across planned preventative maintenance, service delivery, and remedial works
- Produce and enhance standardised reports covering servicing status, outstanding actions, and compliance risks
- Track appointments, report completion, and remedial actions outside of agreed standards
- Ensure contractual SLAs are monitored and escalated where required
- Liaise with subcontractors to manage scheduling, report turnaround times, and documentation quality
- Work with internal teams to ensure remedial works are visible, tracked, and progressed
- Support onboarding of new clients, ensuring service and compliance expectations are clearly defined
- Conduct internal audits across customer records, reports, and service data
- Support internal and external audits including recognised compliance standards
- Provide regular updates to senior stakeholders, highlighting risks and required actions
- Drive continuous improvement across processes, reporting, and service delivery
