Art Teacher

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a passionate, engaging, and enthusiastic Art Teacher to work in an excellent secondary school based in Lincolnshire.

The school would like to appoint the ideal candidate to teach across KS3 and KS4 from January 2025 to April 2025.

Responsibilities

• Develop pupils’ knowledge and understanding of different aspects of art based on the National Curriculum.
• Plan, prepare, and deliver exciting lessons that inspire, engage, and encourage students to participate.
• Work as part of an excellent team and collaborate on projects.
• Follow safeguarding and behavioural policies.

The position will start in January 2025 and last until Easter with the potential to be extended.

We will support you through an excellent CPD programme, support throughout your booking, and a great service.

The position has the potential to be paid to scale as planning and marking are involved. Therefore, the daily rate will be around £168.80 – £232.65.

Requirements

• A specialism in art and QTS.
• Experience working in a mainstream secondary school.
• Enhanced child-only DBS on the Update Service or willingness to undertake one.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Satisfactory references.
