A dynamic and supportive commercial property management firm is seeking a Commercial Property Manager to join their team in Glasgow. The firm manages a diverse portfolio of commercial properties across the UK, including city centre Class A offices, local retail units, and industrial estates. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and growing their knowledge and experience in commercial property management. They will take responsibility for their own clients, be a real team player, and be willing to travel regularly throughout Scotland and occasionally the wider UK. Full driving licence At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role within the commercial property sector Strong organizational, planning, and multi-tasking abilities Proficient in using IT equipment and software packages (e.g., MS Office) Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and tenants regarding day-to-day commercial property management Support the Client Finance team with utilities, service charges, invoicing, and billing Conduct site management and safety inspections Contribute to internal operations, such as process improvement and office management Career Progression and Development: Our client values continual professional development and is committed to enhancing the skills and knowledge of its team members. The successful candidate will be assigned a personalized career development plan. This plan will include both internal on-the-job training and external formal training and certification as needed. Salary: £35,000 to £40,000 (depending on experience) plus benefits Full Time (37.5 hours per week)
