Job Title: Art Teacher (QTS)

Location: Stoke-on-Trent

Contract Type: Full-time

Pay Rate: £175+ per day (dependent on experience – paid to scale)

Start Date: September 2026

Role Overview

Teaching Personnel are working in partnership with a specialist school in Stoke-on-Trent to recruit a creative and passionate Art Teacher for a full-time position starting in September. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging Art lessons, encouraging creativity and self-expression, and supporting students to achieve positive educational outcomes. This role would suit both experienced teachers and ECTs with a passion for making a difference.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging Art lessons.
• Adapt learning to meet individual student needs.
• Monitor and assess student progress.
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and support staff.

Ideal Candidate

• Holds QTS.
• Experience teaching Art at secondary level.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Passionate about supporting young people.

Eligibility Requirements

• Hold the right to work in the UK.
• Hold QTS.
