Tower Crane Operator

We are looking for an experienced Tower Crane Operator with a valid CSCS card to join our reputable construction company in Dartford. The operator will be responsible for moving heavy materials and equipment on job sites, often from heights up to 30 stories, and working closely with ground crews to ensure precision, safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Move heavy materials and equipment from heights up to 30 stories.
• Operate tower crane safely and efficiently, following site procedures.
• Maintain clear communication with ground crews and site manager.
• Ensure health and safety on site and be aware of others’ positions.
• Arrive on time, finish shifts as scheduled, and complete additional duties as required.

Qualifications and Skills

• Previous experience as a Tower Crane Operator.
• Valid CSCS card.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work within a team.
• Approachable, willing to serve as point of contact when operating standalone.
• Commitment to health and safety standards.
