Premier Education is working in partnership with a welcoming and supportive primary school in the Trafford area seeking an experienced Year 4 Teacher to join their team from September on a full-time, long-term basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and committed practitioner with strong Key Stage 2 experience. The school is looking for someone who can quickly establish high expectations, build positive relationships, and support pupils through this important stage of their primary education.

The Role

  • Full class teaching responsibility for a Year 4 class
  • Planning and delivering engaging, creative, and effective lessons
  • Assessing and monitoring pupil progress against Key Stage 2 expectations
  • Creating a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment
  • Working closely with colleagues, support staff, and parents to ensure the best outcomes for pupils
  • Contributing positively to the wider life of the school

Candidate Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Recent experience teaching Year 4 or Key Stage 2
  • Strong knowledge of the KS2 curriculum and assessment requirementsExcellent classroom management and organisational skills
  • A proactive, enthusiastic, and professional approach
  • Ability to inspire and motivate young learners
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
