Pink Tile Education are proud to be supporting a specialist provision in Basingstoke in their search for a committed SEND Teacher.
This setting caters for pupils with a range of needs including ASD, SEMH, and communication difficulties. The school has a strong emphasis on personalised learning and small class sizes, allowing staff to truly focus on individual progress.
You will be joining a highly collaborative team where staff wellbeing is prioritised, and professional development opportunities are actively encouraged.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning needs
- Develop strong relationships with pupils, building trust and engagement
- Work closely with teaching assistants, SENCO, and external agencies
- Monitor and assess progress, adapting strategies where needed
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Hold QTS and have experience working with SEND pupils
- Be confident adapting the curriculum and thinking creatively
- Have strong behaviour management skills and a calm approach
- Be committed to inclusive education and pupil progress
Essential Requirements:
- Up-to-date Safeguarding training
- Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service
