Job description Registered Manager – Supported LivingStaffline Recruitment Ireland are currently recruiting for a Registered Manager – Supported Living on behalf of our client, a well-established and values-driven organisation within the Health & Social Care sector.This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated leader to take responsibility for the operational management and ongoing development of a supported living service, supporting adults with learning disabilities and/or autism.About the RoleAs Registered Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the leadership, management, and regulatory compliance of the supported living service. You will ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality, person-centred care while leading and developing a dedicated staff team.You will play a key role in promoting independence, inclusion, and meaningful outcomes for service users, while ensuring the service meets all regulatory and organisational standards.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide strong leadership and day-to-day management of the serviceEnsure delivery of high-quality, person-centred care and supportMaintain full compliance with RQIA standards and relevant legislationLead, support and develop staff team including supervision and performance managementManage staffing levels, resources, and service budgets effectivelyBuild strong relationships with families, stakeholders, and external professionalsOversee care planning, safeguarding, and service user outcomesContribute to service development and continuous improvement initiativesParticipate in the on-call rotaEssential CriteriaApplicants must meet one of the following qualification pathways:Professional Social Work qualification (NISCC registered), ORRegistered Nurse (NMC), ORAllied Health Professional (HCPC), ORLevel 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management in Health & Social CareANDMinimum 4-5 years’ experience in a Health & Social Care settingAt least 2 years’ experience in an operational management roleIn addition:Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities and/or autismProven experience managing staff teamsStrong knowledge of regulatory standards and complianceExperience in care planning and person-centred practiceFull UK driving licence and access to transportRegistered or eligible for registration with NISCCKey SkillsStrong leadership and communication skillsAbility to motivate and develop teamsExcellent organisational and decision-making abilitiesStrong IT, reporting and documentation skillsDesirableExperience in supported living or domiciliary careExperience preparing for inspectionsKnowledge of Positive Behaviour Support (PBS)Experience in service developmentWhat’s on OfferCompetitive hourly rate (£ per hour)On-call payments:£35 per day (Monday-Friday)£55 per day (weekends)25 days annual leave + bank holidaysAdditional leave after 5 years’ servicePension schemeHealth Cash PlanOngoing training and developmentFree on-site parkingApply NowThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a progressive organisation and make a real difference in the lives of others….
