Responsibilities
- Build positive, professional relationships.
- Support daily routines (cooking, cleaning, home tasks).
- Keep accurate records and contribute to care plans.
- Support young people in meetings with professionals.
- Work collaboratively with the team.
About You
- Compassionate, patient and resilient.
- Able to maintain boundaries and confidentiality.
- Confident in challenging behaviour positively.
- Level 3 Diploma in Children’s Residential Care (or willing to work towards).
- Enhanced DBS (or willing to obtain).
- Experience in children’s care (desirable).
Shift Information
- Full Time Position
- 24‑hour shift (10am‑10am) £278 per shift
- 3rd person shift (7.30am‑10.30pm) £227.50 per shift
- 2 on 3 off rota
- £13.50 per hour | £62 sleep rate
