Salary & Benefits
- Standard Fitter: £18.75 – £19.50 per hour (depending on experience)
- Experienced Crusher Fitter: Up to £25.00 per hour
- Overtime paid at Time and a Half

Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 7:30am – 6:00pm
- Every other Saturday: 7:30am – 1:00pm
The Role
- Carry out maintenance, servicing and repairs on a wide range of crushing and screening equipment.
- Diagnose faults and undertake effective repairs using technical expertise and diagnostic tools.
- Minimise machine downtime and maximise equipment performance.
- Complete service reports and maintenance documentation accurately.
- Liaise with management regarding parts requirements and job progress.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and within company and manufacturer guidelines.
Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 in Plant Maintenance, Heavy Vehicle Maintenance, Agricultural Engineering, or similar.
- Previous experience working on crushing and screening equipment.
- Strong fault‑finding and diagnostic skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Own toolkit preferred.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering high‑quality workmanship.
