Role Overview
As a Store Manager – Express, you will lead a small team of colleagues to drive sales, set standards and deliver key performance indicators. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the store team to achieve sales targets and KRAs.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and store presentation.
- Support the pricing strategy and manage cost controls.
- Handle disciplinary and grievance issues professionally.
- Plan and manage rota schedules and holiday coverage.
- Motivate, coach and develop team members.
