Support Worker for Children with Disabilities – Growth & Care

DCA Recruitment is seeking a Support Worker for Treetops in Chertsey, Surrey. This role involves helping children with disabilities thrive through compassionate care and engaging activities. You’ll support children in achieving personal goals, celebrate milestones, and create a safe environment.

Successful candidates will have experience with children and an understanding of safeguarding. You will receive comprehensive training and mentoring, plus the opportunity to work towards a Level 3 qualification. Full-time and part-time positions are available with a salary of £12.75–£16.84 per hour.
