Building Safety & Compliance Specialist

Watmos Community Homes in Walsall is looking for a Building Safety Officer to ensure compliance with safety regulations and oversee maintenance activities. You will support the Building Safety Manager by coordinating inspections and maintaining records to keep the community safe.

The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of health and safety laws, alongside excellent organizational and communication skills to manage stakeholders effectively.
