Learning Delivery Advisor Safety & Compliance
Location: PangbourneRate: Up to £735 per day (Inside IR35)Contract: 12 monthsStart: ASAP
We are looking for a Learning Delivery Advisor to support the delivery of safety and compliance learning programmes. You’ll use learning data and insights to improve programme effectiveness, drive continuous improvement, and support business learning objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver and support safety and compliance learning initiatives.
- Analyse learning data and performance metrics to provide actionable insights.
- Manage learning plans and support learning systems and access.
- Evaluate learning effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Partner with stakeholders to optimise learning programmes and engagement.
Requirements
- Experience in Learning & Development, Learning Analytics or a related field.
- Experience supporting learning programmes and analysing performance data.
- Strong stakeholder management, reporting and communication skills.
- Knowledge of safety and compliance learning is advantageous.
