Inspiring Primary HLTA — PPA Cover & Growth

Aspire Sixth is looking for a committed and talented Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) at Manor Way Primary Academy in Halesowen, starting September 2026. The role involves covering PPA across the school in a supportive and inclusive environment focused on children’s academic and personal potential.

The successful candidate will be subject to an enhanced DBS check and should hold the HLTA certificate or equivalent. Opportunities for career development and collaboration with other schools are included.
